Pan Fried Potatoes

    INGREDIENTS

    • 1 lb. baby potatoes
    • 2 tbsp. olive oil
    • 1 tbsp. freshly chopped rosemary
    • Salt & pepper to taste
    • 1 tsp. garlic powder
    • ½ tsp. chili powder

    DIRECTIONS

    1. Slice potatoes into coins about ¼ in. thick. Heat olive oil in the KitchenAid® NITRO Carbon Steel Skillet over medium heat.
    2. Add potatoes to the skillet and season with rosemary, salt and pepper.
    3. Cook, undisturbed, until potatoes are golden and have a nice crust underneath, for 4 to 5 minutes. Flip potatoes and cook until golden on other side, for 4 to 5 minutes more.
    4. Sprinkle with garlic powder and chili powder, and continue to cook, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender, about 2 minutes more. Serve warm.
