Standard Shipping & Delivery Terms

  • Free UPS® Ground shipping on orders with pre-tax value of $75

  • All packages are shipped from Fairfield, California

  • Orders are processed within 1 - 2 business days and are shipped Monday-Friday (excluding holidays)

  • Shipping charges are calculated per total product weight and ship-to address

  • We currently ship only within the United States

  • UPS does not ship to Army Post Office (APO), Fleet Post Office (FPO), or PO Boxes. All orders shipping to an APO, FPO, or PO Box address will be fulfilled via USPS.

  • A tracking number will be sent via e-mail once your order has been shipped

  • You will be notified via email if an item is on backorder
