Get the Most Out of Your Cookware

Match pan bottom to burner size and center it. Keep an eye on your cookware - don’t leave an   empty pan on a hot burner or allow it to boil dry.
Use pot holders when handling hot cookware. Use silicone or wooden utensils.
Heat your pans on medium to low heat. Try a little oil or butter and avoid cooking sprays.
Cool cookware completely before hand-washing with warm, soapy water and a soft sponge.
