Tomato Guacamole

INGREDIENTS
- Avocado
- diced red onion
- ground cumin or freshly ground cumin seeds
- kosher salt
- Lime juice
- quartered red and yellow cherry tomatoes or diced tomato
DIRECTIONS
- Mash avocado in a medium bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients. Serve with chips or Carne Asada.
