Rustic Bolognese Sauce

INGREDIENTS
- bacon
- Beef Stock
- can crushed tomatoes
- carrots
- Chopped parsley
- Cloves garlic
- heavy cream
- lean ground beef
- nutmeg
- olive oil
- onion
- ribs celery
- Salt and pepper

DIRECTIONS
- Place olive oil, bacon, onion, carrot and celery into the

- Cook the sauce on HIGH for 20 minutes.
- When the time is up, let the pressure come down
- Stir in the cream and parsley and season to taste with
