Spicy Popcorn

Hot and spicy popcorn


    • ground chipotle pepper
    • ground cumin
    • olive oil
    • popcorn kernels
    • Salt
    • unsalted butter


    1. Combine the oil and popcorn kernels in a large pot over medium-high heat. Cover and cook, shaking pot, until popcorn pops, 3-5 minutes
    2. Combine the butter, cumin, chipotle pepper, and salt in a small saucepan over medium heat. Melt the butter and cook, stirring 1 minute. Pour over popcorn while stirring to coat evenly.
