Healthy French Fries

Homemade French fries that are just as delicious as their fast food cousins but without all the grease.

Recipe Details

  1. Wash potatoes and cut into fries. Place in a bowl and coat lightly with olive oil and kosher salt. Cook in microwave until just tender, about 2 minutes per potato.
  2. Working in small batches, fry in a large non-stick skillet with just a little olive oil on high heat. Make sure that all fries come in contact with the pan, one layer at a time. When 3 or 4 sides are brown, remove fries and place on a paper towel. Keep warm in the oven. Repeat with next batch.
