Dessert Pancakes

Properly pamper your taste buds in the morning with these delicious pancakes. The delectable combination of honey, mixed berries and fresh orange juice makes each bite a forkful of indulgence.

INGREDIENTS

  • Complete Buttermilk Pancake and Waffle Mix
  • Grated orange peel or ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • Honey
  • Mixed Berries
  • Orange Juice

DIRECTIONS

  1. In medium bowl combine orange juice and honey. Add mixed berries and toss to coat thoroughly
  2. Make pancake batter according to package directions
  3. Lightly oil Circulon skillet. Pour in about one fourth of pancake batter forming a large round pancake
  4. Cook over medium heat until bubbles break the surface of the pancake, and the underside is golden brown
  5. Remove from the Circulon skillet and keep warm. Repeat with remaining pancake batter, lightly oiling Circulon skillet as needed.
