Roasted Cauliflower with Buttery Parmesan Bread Crumb Topping

INGREDIENTS

  • Cauliflower
  • chopped fresh basil or parsley
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • garlic cloves
  • Grated parmesan cheese
  • panko bread crumbs
  • Sea salt
  • Topping:
  • unsalted butter

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°
  2. Combine the cauliflower, oil, salt, and pepper in a large bowl
  3. While the cauliflower cooks, prepare the topping. Melt the butter in a medium nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook, stirring often, until it just begins to turn golden, 2 to 3 minutes. Stir in the bread crumbs and cook until lightly browned, about 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Transfer to a bowl
