Maryland Crab Cakes

Here is my variation on a traditional Maryland crab cake.

    INGREDIENTS

    • crabmeat
    • Dijon Mustard
    • Mayonnaise
    • Ritz Crackers
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • Worcestershire sauce

    DIRECTIONS

    1. Combine all ingredients. Mix together well and form into small patties.
    2. In a frying pan on medium heat, melt a little butter if necessary, then fry each patty for 3 or 4 minutes per side until just browned and firm. Serve hot.
