Pasta in the Pantry

Keep a variety of dried pasta in the pantry for last minute meal options. Cooked pasta can be tossed with garlic olive oil and good quality Parmesan cheese for a quick side dish, or combined with leftover meat and/or vegetables for a main course. To make garlic olive oil, crush a few garlic cloves into a small sautee or saucepan and add about 1/3 cup of olive oil; heat through until warm. Don’t forget the salt and pepper!
