If you like homemade cookies but don’t always have the time to make the dough and bake them… make a batch or two of your favorite cookie doughs when you have the time. Use a small ice cream style scoop or a tablespoon to portion out the dough onto a wax paper covered tray. Put the tray in the freezer for about ½ an hour to freeze the cookie dough, then transfer the frozen dough balls to a freezer safe container or ziplock bag. Store them in the freezer and bake them fresh whenever you like. There’s usually no need to defrost them first, but experiment with your particular recipes to find what works best for them.
