Always have good quality low-sodium chicken broth in the pantry. It’s perfect for deglazing a pan after grilling pork or chicken and, with the addition of a little white wine, can reduce down for a flavorful and quick sauce. If a whole container of broth won’t be used before it expires, consider freezing the remainder in ice cube trays and storing the cubes in zip lock bags in the freezer. When you need more broth, pop some cubes in the microwave on defrost and you’re ready to go.
