Lime and Papaya Frappe

  • Yield: 2 Servings
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and whizz until smooth and thick. Taste, and adjust to preference with more lime or buttermilk.

Tips & Techniques:
The Pacific Islanders knew what they were doing when they served papaya (also known as PawPaw) with lime. The lime brings out the sweetness and flavor of the papaya. I often add a few of the seeds for a touch of pepperiness and their wonderful digestive enzyme qualities. Enjoy, close your eyes and imagine you’re on a beach in Tahiti!
