Comments about Anolon 11 Inch Covered Deep Round Grill Pan:
I like this grill pan because of the cover and deep sides. It contains the juices without flame ups. A flat grill pan to finish poultry in the oven would splatter, possible flame up and definitely more cleaning. The circular grill pattern is different for grill marks and presentation. To do crossed grill marks on steak, chops or fish? I have not mastered it. The circular grill marks on Tuna and swordfish steaks works out well. Perfect pan for thick cuts that finish in the oven and can be covered if needed. Great pan, the pattern requires proper positioning.
