Fare to Remember

Fare to Remember was founded in 1999 because owner Sarah Davidoff wanted to provide healthy, innovative and fun catering option in South Florida.  Sarah Davidoff, a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and Florida International University Chaplin School for Hospitality management, has a passion for good food.  Working by her side is Executive Chef Hendrik Cornelissen, a graduate himself of The California Culinary Academy, who after many years training in Europe came back to Miami to run the kitchens of the award winning Hotel St. Michel in Coral Gables.  Together they create menus that will fit any theme and any size party.
