The product does what it says. It really gives great froth. However, it absolutely will not stay together. The frother comes apart in the middle to put batteries in, and it will not stay closed. You have to hold it together while trying to use it, and that is both difficult, and somehow reduces the effectiveness of the frother. Poor design in this regard and it really ruins the whole thing. If they could just make it stay together, it would have been fantastic.

The product I received couldn't be used because the size batteries that were required wouldn't fit into the case. The lid would not close with the batteries in it. The lid had a spring mechanism, and it kept popping open.
I would have returned it, but the price and trouble of mailing it back would have just about equalled any credit I would have received.
